Vodacom should not be in business!!!!!

I have a Vodacom contract. I got a call from them where the agent proceeded to tell me that Vodacom are rewarding their customers with a specific amount of data free. I asked repeatedly if that meant I would pay any more than the amount I was already paying for my contract. Then I asked if I could speak to someone more senior to confirm that no other money would be deducted. They confirmed. I then received a device through a courier and never opened it. My account was debited for approximately R400 more than the cost of my contract, a few days later. I queried this through the call centre and they apologised and advised that the billing dept would contact me to discuss a refund. They also initiated for the device to be picked up. This was still unopened. This was in September 2017. I am still being charged for the device and data even though I've essentially never used it.

I can't seem to get my money back and I still keep getting charged R400 extra every month.

It's pathetic that Vodacom can ***** from people in this method!! They are *******!!!

UPDATE: A year later and still I'm being overbilled. They even credited me early this year but then continued to overbill me in the months that followed. Vodacom is now threatening to cancel my contract because I refuse to pay for 3 lines even though they've agreed I only have 2 lines. Both my lines have been disconnected even though everyone I speak to at Vodacom agrees that money is owed to me. What the hell do you want me to do Vodacom?????
