Vodacom should go back for training

So after numerous attempts, Vodoacom just don't come back or return phone call, Do I really have to helo Peter everytime to hope and pray somebody will call back, Vodacom keeps on putting cal me advances on my number, after months and months of battling One person contacted me, issue was resolved in a day, and then not even a month later same problem, only this time Vodacom don't call back and ignore all calls, I have gone and seen a lawyer regarding this after, I lost 2 days of work because of vodacom

Your vodacom shops is a bigger joke than trying to get through to anybody, I need vodacoms legal department to contact me asap
