VODACOM should close their *********** business during Lockdown.

I am calling out the following people at Vodacom call center that are working during Lockdown. I purchased a new business package on 17 April for my Manager. We are providing an essential service during these difficult times and her previous phone gave in. First I dealt with a Shane Louw who promised me that he will deal with my purchase as an urgent case. After a couple of days without any feedback, I asked to deal with his manager called Pragasen Narasimula. This gentleman promised me that he will deal with my case personally. Nothing happened with his promised email. I phoned Vodacom on 22 April with the promise that their manager, called Shaun Naido will come back to me. I warned them that I will name them on this platform for their extremely, poor service. Thanks, Vodacom, and your *********** team for NOT assisting a business that is supplying essential service to our country.
