Vodacom should close down

I recently went to a Vodacom store in Welkom, Free State, I wanted to do a SimSwap on my Vodacom number which is linked to my SRD grant but unfortunately a consultant told me that the number belongs to someone else, the number goes to voicemail ever since I lost the Sim Card but surprisingly they say the number is still active....How???? When it always goes to voice mail??? I just need an OTP so that I can change the number on Sassa system, if vodacom could just help me retrieve the OTP, I don't care anymore about the number, the person can have it, I just need my money...why do I have to struggle when I have money, it has been months now since I collected my SRD...please have sympathy for once, I know you are getting your salary every month everytime on time, just think of the next person.
