Vodacom should be reported to the Consumer Act

<p>odacom I will be reporting you under the Consumer Act. I took an upgrade in July 2016. Vodacom had a system error with billing and incorrectly billed me for a handset. You put me in arrears and suspend my lines on a monthly basis AND still no resolution. I have 3 pages of agents and times of calls stemming back to August 2016. So today, I find my lines suspended again and have had to tell the same story I have over the last 3 and half months only to be told that only Accounts or Back office can help and I need to wait for my request to be allocated. Promises from your upgrades and Customer Care to call me back by COB. This being the 6th request because they keep on expiring due to no allocation Or so I am told. Vodacom I suggest you get back to me today or find yourself hit with something VERY LEGAL. I know my rights as a consumer!!!!</p>
