Vodacom should be avoided at all costs

Vodacom have now blocked my line after unfairly charging me for an upgrade that ai never did. I have been struggling with this since the beginning of March. This morning Vodacom finally blocked my number after sending me two contradicting mails, the one states that the investigation have been resolved and the the other stating that my line will be blocked due to non payment of the upgrade. An upgrade that never happened. WORST company EVER!!!! Due to their incompetence I am unable to communicate on my cellphone for work or personal purposes. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
