Vodacom shops at Clearwater mall rude staff!

I was utterly disgusted yesterday at both Vodacom shops in Clearwater. Due to the Android problem in existence, I went to the Voda shop neat CNA. They said that they are not able to help me as I need a technician, but thheir technician is at the shop under the escalator. If I rush, I can still find him. Which I did. When I got there, I asked for a technician. One of the staff m embers called into the back office. A woman came out of that office with het handbag and a water bottle and left. I stood there and was totally ignored. Mh husband asked if someone is going to come to help us, one of the guys, with a ****y attitude, which I can only explain as ******, asked what do you want. I explained and showed him my problem. He said, she just left. Come back tomorrow. She works from 9 to half past 4. I said but guys I am working is there nobody that can help. He said no. I went to Cellcity and one of their staff helped me immediately. No more Vodacom shops for me thank you!
