Vodacom Shop Sanlam closes sales on false dual-SIM info

I just picked up a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone from Vodacom Shop Sanlam (Bellville, Cape Town). The consultant, Mandi advised me that the cellphone is a dual SIM phone and supports 2 SIM cards. She confirmed that I need to go to a Samsung store (manufacturer) to activate this functionality. Upon ejecting the SIM slot I discovered that there is only one SIM slot and SD card slot. Upon calling Mandi she confirmed that Samsung will be able to provide the slot for the dual SIM. I called Samsung Customer Service whom confirmed the information I received is false and that I was sold the incorrect product. The model I should receive is SM-G960FD instead I got SM-G960F. This is unacceptable as the only reason I accepted the phone was based on the information provided. This was an insurance claim purchase and I paid a large excess amount to the dealer.

I want this rectified as I have not even used the device. Sales people should not be allowed to provide false/misleading information to clients just to close the deal contrary to the manufacturer. This makes both Vodacom & Samsung look bad and basically constitutes as cheating. I want a dual SIM card S9 device! I stated from my initial communication with the consultant at this store when I called in to check for stock availability.
