If you are unlucky enough to experience any defects with your new phone and expect it to be covered by the warranty, even after just one month of the purchase, you can forget it. What you will instead experience is the repair technician/manager advising you to foot the bill for the repair, which will be a figure that is more than what your phone is worth??? To add to this, the pathetic excuse for a technician/manager will argue that the phone defect is not covered by the warranty and is instead the fault of you, the customer???Please just save yourself the hassle and money, do not give your business to Vocacom Shop Sandton City as they are without a doubt a bunch of ******* and ******.
