Vodacom Shop Rosebank Poor Service

I went to Vodacom at Rosebank Mall, to move my number to eSim. The lady called Thavhiwan was assisting me. She was so not helpful, I explained what I need to do and she told me that I need a QR code and call the customer care. I had to ask where exactly is the QR code firstly, which shows how *********** she was. Then she asked for my ID and proof of address. She printed out the QR code and told me to scan and call customer care within 3 hours. I did that, and only found out from customer care that she had to give me a pin code before leaving the store. I had to go back to Vodacom the next day and I got assisted by this very same person. I explained that I need the pin code and I was supposed to be assisted by her as a consultant and not by customer care. She asked me why did she give me the slip with a QR code and I told her that I don't know. She then started blaming her incompetency on me, as well as denying that she told me to scan the QR code. She had a rude attitude where she was laughing and saying 'yohh customers though'. This lady should really learn to work with customers as well as doing the right job! Now I need to pay again for her mistakes, she is not even sorry about it.
