Vodacom Shop, Pavilion -- excellent service
What a pleasure it was to be assisted by the staff of Vodacom Shop, Pavilion. I had had little luck with another Vodacom Shop and Vodacom, but decided to seek help from the Vodacom Shop at the Pavilion, and it turned out to be an excellent decision.
I was received in a friendly and helpful manner and was assisted by Kabelo, the technician on duty. He was being kept really busy but remained friendly and patient throughout, and seemed so knowledgeable and in control.
Thank you, Kabelo and staff -- you were all great.
