Vodacom shop pathetic service

What a pathetic service they provide at vodacom workshop dbn. I have a problem with using WhatsApp data on my phone so i went there 18/06/21 the guy by the name of Stanley said it has been resolve. Went home to my suprise its was not working still. Went back following day which is today 19/06/21 none of them were willing to assist me with my data problem they told me to call customer care line and i told them i have a problem with the speaker on my phone so i can't call them on my phone none of them at the shop were will to call customer care for me others told me we going on lunch now including stanley. Others told me they don't use vodacom they use other networks on their phones so they can't assist me and left me hanging like that. They couldn't care less whether im assisted or not. Even now im still not assisted
