Vodacom shop pathetic service
My mom went to the vodacom shop in Walmer to seek assistance with setting up her email on her phone. The assistent didn't even try to assist, just rep**** that vodamail is terrible, and turned around, assisting another customer. It's pathetic. She is 76 years old and has been a vodacom client for long. This is not acceptable, Vodacom!
