Vodacom Shop Matlosana mall

Went to the vodashop in Matlosana mall to go and do an upgrade of my contract. Upgraded my contract to the new plan for R529 for 2 x Huawei P30 lite phones with the one getting R65 airtime and the other on uChoose Flexi 175.

I received the 2 phones and started setting up the phone for my wife and myself. The one P30 Lite (Blue) for my wife is working and is a brand new phone. When i started setting up my phone i saw that it is a used phone which was packaged as a new phone .... took it back and the manager said they don't have stock to give to me... they will contact me when they receive their stock. Today 06/08/2019 ... i phoned and again they said they don't have stock. It is 2 weeks and i am still waiting on my phone.

It is unacceptable to let the customer sign a contract for new phones and then don't have stock to give to the customer. Trying to give to them a 2nd hand phone looking as a new one.

Now 14 days later still can't help the client.... no really.
