Vodacom Shop in Cresta
Vodacom Shop in Cresta - rarely answers the phone. Shop assistants not trained properly to provide thorough and informed service to customers. Customers have to wait in lines for very long even when they have a 'ticket system' in place. Surely an improvement on service delivery should be in order!
