Vodacom Shop in Canal Walk SUCKS

<p>Yesterday i visited the Vodacom Shop (SHop 171), upper level in Canal Walk. As my sister and i walked in there were 3 people standing chatting. The 1 guy walked towards us and then COMPLETELY ignored us while the 2 girls stood laughing (all Vodacom Staff). Then as i asked them for assistance as i need to collect a phone as a claim from my insurance they proseeded to be unhelpful. My sister then startedspeaking to another consultant. She had to call someone else as she was not abe to assist. </p> <p>We then rquested him to check if the Sony XZ is availible in anoth other stores. The then proseeded to try and process my sisters upgrage. Also, my sister wanted the P9 instead he tried to sell her the P9 Lite and instisted it is the same phone. </p> <p>Eventually after wasting about 10min of our time he proseded to call Tygervally as they had the Sony i was looking for. As he was on the phone, he walked away (without saying a word) and left usfor about 5min. We then asked another consultant if she could call and find out and she told us we have to call outselves because they can't do things like that. </p> <p>After this i was shocked and could not believe that this girl just **** to us. We then left the store as we were gettign nowhere. </p> <p>They wasted almost an hour of our time on nothing! I have NEVER had such a bad experience in a vodacom shop before. This was disgusting! </p>
