Vodacom shoddy service.

I've had an account with Vodacom since 1998. Recently I've ordered a new phone. They haven't delivered the phone after two weeks. I've phoned them repeatedly enquiring about the whereabouts of the phone. Last Friday I phoned 4 times and received four conflicting reports regarding the whereabouts of my phone. Instead of resolving the issue they've blocked any of my calls to their call centres.
