Vodacom Shocking Shocking Shocking!!!!!

2013-04-15 Bought new phone for my daughter's 16th birthday.<br> 2013-04-21 - Out of the Box failure. Phone goes back.<br> 2013-05-03 - Vodacom phoned us and said we can collect our new phone.<br> 2014-12-23 -Phone goes back. Doesn't want to charge. When we booked the phone in - we heard that the IMEI nr doesn't belong to us. We got a refurbished phone when we were supposed to get a new phone? In other words we paid for a new phone but got a 2nd hand phone!!!???<br> 2015-01-08 Vodacom phoned, the phone is ready for collection. <br> 2015-01-09 Phone goes back. Still not fixed.<br> 2015-01-12 Vodacom phoned, they said they think it is the battery. I can collect the phone. I asked them to please give me 1) a written confirmation that it is the battery and 2) I want to know why we got a second hand phone.<br> 2015-01-21 - After work I stopped at the Vodashop in Mossel Bay. I was promised a letter to confirm the above.<br> 2015-01-22 - Received email from Vodacom Shop Tygervalley confirming they have received the issue at Head Office and will advise asap.<br> 2015-01-26 Chantal from CRM promised me a letter and said she will explain everything.<br> 2015-01-30 Still haven't heard anything. PHONE STILL not back.<br> <br>
