Vodacom shocking service to management level

Nothing more shocking than service providers in SA. Without ever having spoken to me or informing me of anything, Vodacom has deleted my number and is now claiming that I owe them the balance of my contract amount but they can not restore my number or allow me to use the balance of my contract. If that's not ****************???

Clearly their legal department is also not aware of the CPA or its provisions....

How does one deal with this type of ******ion and ignorance????
