Vodacom shocking service after husband died

How difficult is it to do a change of ownership when one’s dad passed away??????

We have paid all amounts on account, we have submitted all requested documents at a branch.

This was done weeks ago.

Between your call centre that have latterly dropped 10 calls when trying to phone someone.

Is this how you treat customers that lost a loved one?

This is unacceptable!

And please don’t send me your standard reply that you take note of my complaint.

I want the name and number of a senior manager that can sort this out TODAY!

My mom’s line is now suspended!

Thank you for being useless Vodacom.

I have done everything instore and your lates email ask the DECEASED to go and make a payment over the counter or EFT!

You are seriously a joke. Your calls drop and your instore staff not trained!

Not sure how you want me to bring my dad back to life to sort out his accounts!

Pathetic!
