Vodacom - shocking service

I took out a laptop contract with Vodacom Online Sales. Contract was took out on the 1st of August. Received my HP 14 i17 win 11 natural silver the 2 of August via courier. After two weeks the power supply didn’t work and the laptop wasn’t switching on. I took it to the nearest Vodacom shop for accessing to see why my laptop not working. The staff wasn’t helpful and pulled up their shoulders saying that laptops can’t be repaired within Vodacom and needs to be send back to the supplier.I took the laptop to the closet incredible connection branch so that a technician just can tell me what is wrong and why it’s not switching on. Very friendly and helpful service ,I wasn’t even their customer or product. Unfortunately they told me I need to take it back to Vodacom because there must be something wrong with the charging port. I walked back to Vodacom I clearly stated that it was a urgent matter and need my laptop back as soon as possible. I am a single mom and I work from home and I need my laptop to do my job. After two weeks and a few phone calls later I received my laptop back on the 8th of September finally. Not giving me a clear reason to why my laptop wasn’t switching on and what the problem was with my laptop. Today (12 September) I switched my laptop on and again no charge light and not switching on at all. Again I had to go back to Vodacom. I said that I am not prepared to pay for something that I haven’t had use of at all. It’s been in repairs for almost 3 weeks and now again I had to phone HP (me as the customer) to find out what the problem is. I asked for my contract to be cancelled and would go somewhere else to buy a laptop and where I can get service. I they weren’t prepared to help. Vodacom how can you sell laptops to your clients but can’t take any liability when something is wrong from your supplier. I am your customer and the service that I have received thus far was shocking. I have been a Vodacom client for almost 15years with a clear record of no complaints or problems. Online is easy to sell a laptop to you on contract but when I problem occurs everyone says that it not their problem. Vodacom wouldn’t be paying my salary on the end of the month. Everyone’s job is important and the fact that Vodacom can just pull up their shoulders and leave it for the next person to solve is unacceptable. I left the Vodacom shop in tears not knowing how I can go on without a laptop for another week or two. Buying a 16k laptop on contract with data package and no one can assist with clear answers. How can a brand new laptop just stop working and not charge?
