VODACOM SHOCKING SERVICE
Been trying to become a Vodacom client for 7 weeks now, Staff don't know their jobs. no one takes accountability, you are passed on from one staff member to the next. no one takes a complaint seriously, managers don't call you back. Worst service experience, still waiting to become a client????????
