Vodacom shocking service

What an experience, WOW. I never imagined vodacom service to be so bad. I called again this morning after four weeks, I still don't have a phone, apparently my order was cancelled again. And worse of all is the service that you get from their agents, If she doesn't sound like she had just woke up, she is not willing to help and passing the buck. I'm sure management at Vodacom know about this kind of service from their employees and for some reason are doing nothing about. WOW is all I can say right now about Vodacom
