VODACOM SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking Service. Trying to get a simple proof of purchase from Vodacom direct to give as proof of purchase to Samsung for repairs. This seems to be an impossible task as I am being directed to different call centre agents and being told that they work on a paperless system. Seemingly this will be an impossible task and will probably just pay for the repairs. Useless service. Supervisor hung up call.<br> Goodbye Vodacom
