Vodacom - Shocking Customer Service!

UNACCEPTABLE: I am having an upgrade issue with Vodacom, I have called the customer centre on numerous occasion to try to resolve, but now they have blocked my number due to the number of calls I have placed. In the meantime, no one is solving my issue and I just keep getting told someone will get back to me. Absolutely shocking service. Looking at cancelling my contract now and moving to a provider that is there for the customer.
