Vodacom shocking business ethics

I bought a device with screen insurance. The screen breaks and vodacom refuses to fix or honor the insurance they want to charge me 4k to fix screen. No one from the repairs department bother to contact me they send a sms if u dont accept quote, device will be sent back unrepaired. Once i phone fourways repairs the lady knows nothing about my repair and tells me to contact vodacom cresta.

This such pathetic service. I suggest people be very careful with vodacom as they dont honor there offers or deals
