Vodacom gave me a faulty iPhone XS and it’s been in for repairs 3 times and the phone is barely 3 months old and has only been used for 12 days when it first started giving me problems. All of this problems are technical that has to to with network. I got bad service from the call Centre, the vodashop, the sales agents all gave me bad service. The sales consultant signed on behalf of me for insurance. Insurance was never activated because she forged my signature. Did something happen to her? No! I got her in that same store today pretending that she doesn’t know me. Why mus vodacom be cheap like this? They gave me a faulty device, the thing has been given me endless problems and they don’t want to replace it. It is in for repairs for the 3rd time now. Not happy at all. Train your people, don’t be cheap (I pay my monthly installments on time) I deserve quality service and my monies worth. Paying for a device but not having the luxury of it. How does that work? Vodacom will sell you something to make money but when it gives you problems they are figuring out every way to inconvenience you. It’s like it’s not their problem when you’re without your mobile. I don’t care if it is Apple’s fault. I bought it from you. I could’ve gone to any other supplier but I chose you then you forge a signature and no apology , give me the run around, take my money but I don’t have the device. Customer care is definitely not a priority for them. I have first hand experience of that.
