Vodacom - SHOCKED BY THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!

Oh my goodness USELESS is an understatement!!! How on earth can 1 company give such horrible service and have such unreliable and ************* ethics! Don’t ever take out a contract or any service with Vodacom you are going to have the troubles of a lifetime and be billed unnecessarily and unexpectedly! I am discussed with their terrible service and the one call center consultant aswel as their superiors are one just more useless as the other with a lot of empty promises and always having escalating a matters that never get sorted out even after weeks! I advise anyone that’s thinking of taking out a contract or even a pay as you go sim card DO NOT MAKE USE OF VODACOM AT ALL!!!!
