Vodacom shifting the blame

On 11 May 2017 I took a laptop contract with Vodacom at the Workshop Durban. My contract that I signed up with them was a 24 months agreement. My 24 months is over and now Vodacom is telling me who ever was assisting I must talk to but she's no longer working for the shop, yet I made an agreement with the company not the individual employee as she was representing the Vodacom brand not her personally. If I had known this I wouldn't have bothered. And the copy of the contract specifically specifies its 24 months not 36 months. The service I've received from the call centre to their branches is pathetic as they are very happy to bounce and discard you off from one end to the other just because no one wants to answer, yet when they want business it's different. Please assist as this is probably happening to so many people. And if it's not helping ill take this to CPA and ombudsman
