Vodacom SHENENAGENS AGAIN

WHY is there always a hassle with Vodacom when it comes to either disputing a handset package or airtime package. When you call in, you get promised the world but when you actually receive said "item" be it a handset or just airtime or data it always DRAMA and Vodacom does not honour the telephonic agreement. In my case, I am retiring shortly and wont be able to afford 5 contracts. So when it was time for the upgrades I did not upgrade all of them and so in November 2024 when I called in to cancel, the said consultant convinced me not to rather convert to a better package of airtime for less than what I was paying but to rather go on a monthly airtime 'contract' which could be cancelled within 30 days notice. So I now want 3 of my monthly "contracts" cancelled on 30 September 2025, said date to be my last payment....YOU HAVE GUESSED IT ....now that I am trying to cancel, I am being told that I CANT as I am bound by a contract.... which i was convinced was only 30 days. So now they will investigate according to the consultant Judith with whom I have spoken. But again it is Vodacom. If they have to mislead you when you try cancel / upgrade who says that they will ever get back to one. Why can they never be upfront, why do they always have to test one :( BOTTOM LINE DO NOT TRUST vodacom
