Vodacom Shaw acadamy

I received Shaw academany voucher in the shake. I tried to use it, but found out nothing in life is free and shaw acadamy wanted to charge me R399.00 for the course. I tried to cancel, but you cannot cancel online. You have to call the callcenter. The agents just hang up the phone once you try to cancel. As the Shaw acadamy also does not reply on Hellopeter, and this is due to Vodacom and the **** voucher, I am complaining to vodacom.
