Vodacom-Shantonise must Fall!!!!!

I have never received such revolting Customer Service in my life and especially some lady called Shantonise... Yessess her service is sickening. I have been calling and emailing Vodacom from December in regards to my account. Even up to today it's not resolved.. It's people like her who you ask yourself how they got hired. She has absolutely no idea what customer service is she's just there at Vodacom to irritate clients and get her check..
