Vodacom Shakeoff 2020

I have a complaint against Vodacom Shake off 2020 game or prize winning that they offer. I have so much Vodabucks, literally got to last puzzle pieces of few of the prizes given out, now when I'm trying get more puzzle pieces it awarding me with the same puzzles pieces that are already have in place... This makes no sense. I don't see anything on your website or T&C that say, that the prizes would repeat. You guys are either only awarding your contract customers, instead of including everyone prepaid or whatever in the mix. I've been with vodacom for years and it's very disappointing to experience this. If you run a competition, do it properly. I have taken screenshots and have text msgs to back my story up on how you rob people daily. Take it down!
