Vodacom SHAKE2020 total ******* competition

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same thing but the Shake2020 competition Vodacom is running is such *******. I have +/- 8 puzzles that a need only 1 more puzzle to win but since then everytime I shake and win a puzzle pieve it tells me I already have that piece what nonsense. I stopped playing for a few days but when I shaked again and won a puzzle piece it is still gave me the same nonsense message about having the piece already and even when I have won 2 puzzle pieces it doesn't give two puzzle pieces this is just a waste and not worth the time and effort wish I could get onto the MTN MEGA because people are winning on that unlike this Shake2020 nonsense.
