Vodacom shake up summer competition not real waste of time and money

I would like to complain about the vodacom shake up summer competition, firstly every day i am on the shake up summer competition, use my 2 daily free entries and use the mega shake function and everyday I recieve vouchers that are not redeemable, on numerous occasions I have tried to redeem these vouchers at a Edgar's, jet or cna but the voucher codes don't work.

Today was the final straw I won 2 four week courses 1 on the at shaw academy on the evening of the 1st Feb 2020 at 8h00 the 2nd Feb 2020 it expired, now again won another 4 week course at Shaw academy on the 28th Feb 2020 8h05 the morning of the 29th Feb 2020 expired again what is the the purpose of giving people prizes and not honoring them. I am sorry to say vodacom you are ******** people. It is impossible to redeem the shaw academy course voucher overnight I would like my 2 courses which I fairly won and sufficient time to redeem it. I expected better and more ethical practices from a respected organization like yourselves.

Why is it that the entries into the win a car expires and when do you do the draws how are the draws done and is it audited.
