Vodacom shake rewards

Good afternoon

Yesterday(16/03/2022) i won a Vodacom shake of which is when you recharge with R10 you i will be rewarded with 100mb which will expire midnight. Up until today (17/03/2022) i havent received any.Have been trying to call Vodacom Customer Service with no luck.Now my question is ,is vodacom taking us for a ride?I recharged my account because of that promise .Please assist with that because i could hve done something else with my money. I am starting to have doubt that people are winning mobile phones and vehicles.or maybe they are taking advantage of us Please help
