vodacom shake prizes are bogus
vodacom app has this 'daily shake' and 'mega shake' feature and I have used this in recent weeks. On 9 October, I was out with my husband and we were waiting somewhere and I checked the app and saw that I have quite a few mega shakes available and free daily shakes. One of the prizes was a free smoothie from Kauai. I received several text messages about the other shakes but no text with the kauai voucher for the smoothie. Called vodacom to rectify this and nothing has happened and now I'm just ****ed off that your faulty system ****** me of what I was entitled to. What I want is the voucher code for the Kauai smoothie because that's the prize I won. My husband was a witness because I showed him my phone screen as soon as the prize showed on the app. I want what I'm entitled to!!!
No one has made contact. Your social media team has accused me and my husband of being ***** which amounts to gaslighting. I sent screenshots of my text messages on the 9th of October from vodacom with all the texts on that day. If this is specific text is not showing on your side then that's not m problem. We know what we saw when we used the app. Your system did NOT send the text with the voucher and your company had better forward the relevant text message with the voucher for the prize that I am entitled to (Kauai free smoothie). This is about the principle. You'd better understand that. If you cheat your customers then what does that make you???
