Vodacom Shake Off Puzzle Promotion - Selective System - Rigged????

Good Day

I am writing to you in a plea for response as to how your systems are justified/calculated.

I have been playing the shake off promotion for puzzle pieces.

all my puzzles are needing 1 piece....when I shake now every day I get a puzzle piece that I already have.....Bit unfair don't you think.....Bit suspicious, calculated don't you think....seems though you do select who you want to win and don't want to win.

so now I shake every with the hope that i get that piece of puzzle that I DONT HAVE......

So please can someone please explain to me how you actually justify who wins.....

My puzzles expires 4 Jan, so i hope to get some feedback before then and hopefully a piece of puzzle that I DONT HAVE (yes again in capital because i have been getting same pieces of puzzle numerous times)

Lets see how loyal we are to customer service satisfaction...
