Vodacom Shake off misleading customers
I have been using the My Vodacom App and shake off every day but I am getting sceptical of this shake off rewards and prizes I added the goal to achieve 150 vodabucks if you download and use the My Vodacom App by the 27th December but I haven't received any vodabucks from Vodacom
Also I purchased R29 airtime on the 26 December this past Saturday and I have not received any vodabucks I was supposed to receive 2.9 vodabucks but nothing! So disappointing

31 Dec 2020, 08:37This is a **** I only have one puzzle piece left for all my prizes on the Vodacom App but all I get is "Sorry you have already collected this one" puzzle piece, I have taken screenshots of this I feel like this is so unfair their is people like me who really need a competition like this to change their circumstances
I shake off every day and all I need is one puzzle piece for all the prizes to be won so sad and disappointed
