Vodacom Shake Off false and misleading

Since Vodacom started their summer shake/shake off competitions I have been diligently shaking and buying over a 100 extra shakes a month. Several times I have collected all but 1 piece of every single puzzle. When I get to this point, everytime I do a shake Vodacom will tell me that their "shake is down" or " I've experienced a technical difficulty " or they would tell me up to 15 times that "I have collected this piece already ". I have many screenshots as proof ...I'm not the only person who complains about this and who feels like they are being mislead by a false competition with absolutely no reward for participating in their game. The "winners list" seems to also consist of made up names and even get repeated from time to time. Vodacom fix your technical issues with your App! Outline proper playing techniques to your shake off and let your devoted customers win for once and stop misleading us! Its the least you can do for all the money you make from us!!!!!
