Vodacom Shake off competition misleading Consumers

Their Shake off 2020 is misleading consumers big time. You win whatsapp data and when you use data it is taken off your anytime normal data why is this can they explain this. Also their puzzles you collect you end up with one short on everything and then you get a message with every shake afterwards that sorry you were already granted that puzzle and then they expire all and you need to start all over again. Did someone actually won something on their shake off besides useless pinterest and video and other useless data you never use and they know you are not an active user on it. Why do they then mislead consumers rather leave useless competitions. I am not the only one experiencing this.
