Vodacom shake off big ****
Please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT support vodacom shake off!!!You are going to waste your money getting vodabucks to increase your chances of winning. You don't win! This is just another money making ****. I have 5 or 6 puzzles that only needs one more puzzle and the last 2 days it keeps saying sorry you have already collected this puzzle.

Please tell me why I got puzzle pieces for each time I shook, no and the it said you already got this puzzle but since I only needed 1 more puzzle piece for a few puzzles, it keeps on saying sorry you already got this puzzle. This has been going on since the 28th every time I shake. I shook 7 times the other day and each one said the same thing. I read others also complaining about the exact same thing. So please do not think I am stupid enough to believe you are telling the truth. You are misleading your customers and giving hope where there is none. I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for years now and I am deeply disappointed in you. I was hoping you are going to at least fix the problem?
