Vodacom Shake off 2020 is this a farce or are we just unlucky

Vodacom is busy playing it's customers with the shake off 2020 promotion. They claim that you can win all these fantastic prizes by completing the puzzle's, i have come to notice that when you are 1 puzzle piece away from winning a grand prize, they just won't give you that puzzle piece you'll recieve a piece but not the last one they will always give you one that you already have so i would like to know if you can get 7/8 puzzle pieces without winning the same piece over and over again why is it that the last puzzle piece is impossible to get but instead they give you what you already have, i feel that vodacom just wants you to buy airtime, and use their app but they will never reward you, on another note the data bundles you win are for apps that majority people don't use like twitter, instagram and video play or the ******* vouchers they give you for example R10 off when you spend R200 or more at nando's or you won a free coffee with a purchase of R30, Vodacom is busy playing its customers from who they make millions off of each year but they can't keep a simple competition fair i feel that if this persists a petition should be drawn up to reimburse their customers because at vodacom you fill the pockets of the 1% and they take you for fool if this is the network that you are using i suggest we rather all go to Telkom service provider atleast they wont make you a fool in fact i have multiple screenshots of the shake off 2020 where it clearly shows they won't complete your puzzle is it that vodacom is in a financial crisis or is it to get a kick out of using their customers
