Vodacom shake is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom Shake is a ****... I have been shaking on my app with the free vodabucks you receive daily... I even started buying airtime from R100 at least 4 times a week to receive vodabucks and shake for puzzles.... And mind due I would receive puzzles everyday without fail which led me to unlocking every grand prize then Vodacom stopped giving puzzles when I shake as soon as I was short with only ONE puzzle to win the prize I started receiving pineterest data, Twitter data, Showmax data and free coldrink vouchers... if it happens I win a puzzle it gives me an error that the puzzle is already collected. I am short with only ONE puzzle for all the grand prizes (Mini Cooper, R10k Cash, R50k cash, Smart home kit, Samsung phone, 4g smart phone and SMEG Collection) it is a ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom then blocked my SIM card and their consultants labelled me a ********* because their reason was that there were unusual transactions done with SIM Card which I then explained that YES I started buying airtime more often with big amounts because of the shake, I then sent an email to the Complaints department but I never received any response about this it’s been over a week!!!!!!! I’m done with VODACOM!!!! It’s Nonsense... they are misleading people.

The Shake was a strategy to get clients to buy more airtime so that they could benefit... the prizes are a **** they know very well when to stop giving puzzles in order for you not to win coz those prizes don’t exist!!!! It’s a LIE!!!!!!!
