Vodacom shake competition is misleading

I have been misled by the vodacom shake competition, I won R50k in January. They gave me a call on the 21st Jan 2021 to let me know that I have won, they told me I will Recieve a email to get all my documents for payment. I recieved a email from Jesse Golding on the 1st Feb 2021 wit a letter stating I won R50k and what documents I should send back and that payment will be made in 30 to 60 days. I then sent everything via email on the 2nd Feb 2021. I have been emailing Jesse Golding back and forth, she advised me that there is an issue with my branch, which we sorted, so after 30days no payment, I waited and waited. I emailed and emailed, she then advised me that she is working on it. 60days then arrived still with no payment which was the 29th April 2021.emailed her again she advised me on 30th April 2021 that the payments team and her financial director advised her payment will be made on the 3rd May 2021, I emailed her on the 3rd May 2021 to ask her how long it will take to reflect in my account, she said Wednesday 5th May 2021 latest, still no money in my account, I asked for proof of payment, with no luck at all, she emailed me 6th of May to tell me they have reprocessed payment and once she gets feedback of payment she will send to me. The rest of the after me sending almost 10 emails for feedback, no response at all from her, it is now the 7th May 2021 still with no feedback and no payment. This is truelly unfair as I have planned to use the cash in different ways, this is so misleading. Can I have the money promised to me please I need payment done today.
