vodacom shake

I would like to express my utter disgust in Vodacom , I had a complaint yesterday and was called back by one of your call centre agents that didn't even give me a chance to explain and couldn't give me clarity on the question asked , told me to give the shake that was won to someone else. That is not a problem. My problem is as follows I won two shakes and the prize was two shakes from a company called Kauai , I explained to her that there is no Kauai where we currently live which is George Western Cape , it shows permanently closed. I wanted to find out if I can get something else in the place of it , she just said I must give it to someone else
