Vodacom Shake 2020

I won the R10k prize. Confirmed on my Cell Nr. Received a call from a person claiming to be form Vodacom asking for my e-mail details for them to send the claim forms/details to claim. For days did not hear form them. Then received a call claiming to be from a VODACOM Employee, asking for my ID and Home address. Started to look like a "Fishing ****". After declining to give the info as I told the person I do not like to give out the info over the phone the person said she would send me a PIN Nr which I was to send back via SMS- received PIN that again clearly states that no Vodacom Person would ask for my PIN. Sounded more like a Fishing ****. I asked for an e-mail to be sent to me. Still no e-mail or Contact Nr that can be verified by me as a true Vodacom Staff. Tried phoning the Nr that appeared on my phone to verify it was Vodacom and told it was a non existing Nr. I have not received my prize. Phoning TOBI does not help either. This "BOT" Service is useless. No Phone numbers to contact Vodacom on their WebSite and no e-mail provided to query my prize either.
