Vodacom Settlement letter
I requested a paid up letter from Vodacom a while ago and every time I call they tell me it will take 24 hours to receive the letter. days have gone by and no letter, something so simple taking this long! Its affecting such a major thing in my life and its a lousy 200 rand! omg!
