Vodacom settlement letter

10 phone calls later from my number (I'm now blocked due to calling too many times) and another 10 from my wife's phone in the past week, I still don't have a settlement letter requested over a week ago on a contract that's been paid up for over 2 years. The query wasn't and still hasn't been picked up by the correct department and I eventually got through directly to Accounts. Sometimes agents would just drop my call.

The letter was emailed on Friday and still hasnt been delivered. Seriously does it take a whole week for an email to be delivered? Each time I get transferred to a new agent with no direct line. There is no way to escalate issues, I'm at the mercy of the system doing what it should do.

My home loan application is pending this being sorted out and I have had to request an extension to the deadline. This has been extremely frustrating and embarrassing. I want the contact of a more senior person in the business. The agents that call me are unable to assist meaningfully. I know I will get the automated response following this review which means very little.

Wow Vodacom, instill some accountability within your organisation. Agents lie for one another and theres no way I can hold an agent accountable for non delivery of service.

Maybe a linkedin post to the CEO or something might work but I've lost all hope
