VODACOM SERVICES. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Pathetic non existent service from both Vodacom ONLINE and Vodacom shop VREDENDAL
I have been a client with Vodacom for almost 2 decades i have had contracts before but because I got married and now live with my husband Vodacom refuses to help me with a new contract and claims I am not who I say I am even though Ive sent certified copies of my ID, MARRIAGE CERTIFCATE PROOF OF ADRESS etc over 4 times.
They even blocked me from calling the call centre number.
Im sorry VODACOM im so over you,you are not the only service provider out there.
